David Burr, of Glenwood road, West Green, was charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to quit licensed premises.
Mr W B Inder, landlord of the Railway Hotel, Hornsey, said that he had for some time refused to serve the prisoner. On Saturday week Burr entered the house with another man and they commenced to fight, and Burr knocked his opponents head through a window - This evidence was corroborated by a barmaid, and prisoner ws fined 20 shillings and 7s 6d costs.
