In 1810, Brenda Prendergast, alias Brenda Smith, was transported for seven years for stealing. She was in service to Nancy Cutts, who is a witness and notes her husband Charles cutts is the housekeeper of the Coopers Arms public house, and the owner of the items stolen.
In 1819, James Reed, aged 28, and George Nutter, aged 26, both given death sentence for stealing the property of a Cornelius Ryan, in the house of Charles Cutts. Nancy Cutts, who is a witness and notes her husband Charles keeps the Coopers Arms
