Highbury Brewery Tap, 54 Holloway Road, Islington N7

Islington index

This is listed as 52 & 54 Holloway Road in 1892, 1895 and 1899. In 1869, number 52 is listed as "Highbury Brewery", while number 54 is the "beer retailer", so presumably the brewery was at 52 and the tap was next door at number 54. *
The pub has been recently renamed Barcosa. It has had several names in recent years, most notably the Flounder & Firkin. In 1871, if correct, it is a beer house called The lamb. Renamed the Lamb in 2012.***

Listed as the Lamb, and between Prospect Terrace & Shakespeare Terrace in 1871 census, Holloway Road; although I believe this to be the same address, perhaps across the road?
