The Market House Pub in the Broadway, London Fields. It was taken in 1951. The landlady is May Salmon. Next to her is the piano player, come barman Herbie Taylor. Herbie was a friend of my parents who are standing this side of the bar.

He lives here with his father Charles and siblings. ***1949-1950 Electoral registers list William G Peacey and Hetty Maud Peacey. They married in Hackney in 1915 and her maiden name is Blake. ***
